Know Who's an AI Bot
and Who's Human.

AI Agents are already reading your site. Botmon shows you what they are reading, which pages matter to them, so you can decide what to show, block or optimise.

No security jargon, no opaque logs. Just clear answers about who's accessing your site, and why.

Automated systems shape how your content is used

...and you shouldn't be in the dark about it.

Every modern site has two audiences: humans and machines. Analytics tools only show you one of them. Bots and AI agents influence indexing, extraction, and downstream decisions, yet they are invisible in Google Analytics.

Which pages are bots actually indexing?

Which AI agents are reading and reusing your content?

What content performs well with machines and not humans?

Which automated interactions actually matter?

Insight that actually drives decisions
— not just dashboards.

Botmon turns raw bot traffic into decisions: what to optimise, what to protect and what to ignore based on how real automated systems behave on your site.

Bot & human traffic breakdown

Know exactly who's consuming your content and how often. Distinguish between real users and automated scripts with precision.

AI bot behavior patterns

Understand how large language models and agents interact with your site. See which AI tools are scraping your data.

Content optimisation opportunities

Surface content that's under-leveraged by search and AI tools. Optimize for better machine readability.

Powerful Tools

Built for product and growth teams who want clarity on automated traffic

Traffic Intelligence Dashboard

See humans and bots side-by-side — volumes, patterns, timelines.

Intent & Behavior Classification

Understand intent (indexing, crawling, extraction) — not just user agent strings.

Actionable Insights

Get recommendations from content gaps and bot access patterns to optimise for AI consumption without rewriting your whole site.

Managed robots.txt

Align your bot instructions and CDN rules. We identify where bots are misbehaving and keep them in check.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all. Botmon runs at the edge (CDN level). We process traffic asynchronously where possible to ensure your user experience remains snappy.

We collect standard traffic metadata (IP, User Agent, request path) and behavioral signals. We are privacy-first and GDPR compliant - we do not track PII unless explicitly configured for your specific use case.

Implementation typically takes less than 15 minutes. It involves deploying a worker to your CDN (Cloudflare, Vercel, Netlify, etc.) or adding our SDK to your middleware.

No backend changes are required. Botmon sits at the edge or in your middleware layer, making it completely agnostic to your backend technology stack.

Yes! While our default models work out of the box, you can create custom rules to allow, block, or tag specific traffic patterns based on your needs.
